Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services. By accessing or using Contractor's Automation System, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use our services.

By accessing or using Contractor's Automation System, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms and Conditions and any other policies or guidelines referenced herein.

Contractor's Automation System provides a comprehensive CRM solution tailored for contractors, allowing them to manage leads, customers, projects, and more. Our services may include, but are not limited to, lead tracking, contact management, project management, communication tools, and reporting features.

In order to access certain features of CAS, you may need to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password. You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating an account and to promptly update your information if it changes.
4. Use of Services
4.1 Permitted Use: You agree to use CAS solely for your internal business purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
4.2 Prohibited Use: You shall not use CAS for any unlawful, unauthorized, or unethical purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, transmitting or posting any content that is defamatory, abusive, obscene, infringing, or in violation of any intellectual property rights.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Contractor's Automation System and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use CAS.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your access to CAS, with or without cause, at any time and without notice. Upon termination, you must cease all use of CAS and destroy any copies of materials obtained from CAS.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Contractor's Automation System reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting to the CAS website. Your continued use of CAS following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
11.Refunds
Once subscription package/plan has been successfully purchased, we offer a 30-Day money back guarantee (not including any adspend, if applicable). On the 31st day after purchase, there is absolutely no system/CRM refunds.
